Meet Your Instructors
Niki
Hey, I'm Niki, owner and instructor at Forest Hall Pilates Studio.
I fell in love with Reformer Pilates after a period of illness made it hard for me to exercise. What started as a a gentle way to get moving again, soon became so much more than just a workout.
The reformer gave me a way to rebuild my strength, safely and gradually. But it wasn't just the physical benefits that kept me coming back - it was the people. The social side of reformer Pilates is something I absolutely love: the chats before class and the sense of belonging that comes from moving together.
My vision for Forest Hall Pilates is to create a friendly, welcoming space where anyone can come, exactly as they are - and discover what Pilates can do for them. You don't have to be flexible, experienced, or fit to start, you just need an open mind and willingness to give it a go.
Claire
Hey, I’m Claire — one of your instructors at Forest Hall Pilates Studio.
My journey with Pilates began when I discovered how much more connected I felt to my body and mind after each session. It quickly became more than just exercise, it became a powerful tool for wellbeing.
A few years ago, I began experiencing persistent muscle and joint issues and was later diagnosed with both hypermobility and fibromyalgia. That experience has deepened my passion for mindful movement and strengthened my commitment to helping others feel good in their own bodies.
I truly believe Pilates can be transformative — no matter your starting point. I'm here to support you in building strength, confidence, and a deeper sense of body awareness, so you can feel your best, inside and out.
