Welcome to Forest Hall Pilates Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, booking system, and attending our classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in any of our services.

Bookings & Payments

  • All classes must be booked in advance via our online booking system (powered by ClassFit or similar).

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor illness, low attendance, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, affected bookings will be refunded or rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must cancel a class at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid being charged.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a class being deducted from your package or incur a fee, depending on your membership.

  • Private session cancellations require 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges.

Memberships & Packages

  • Class packs and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • It is your responsibility to use your sessions within the validity period.

  • Memberships may be paused or extended in cases of medical need, with appropriate documentation and at our discretion.

Health & Medical Conditions

  • By attending our classes, you confirm you are in good physical health and able to participate in physical activity.

  • You must inform your instructor of any injuries, conditions, or pregnancy before class.

  • We are not liable for any injuries sustained during classes due to undisclosed health issues or failure to follow instructions.

Studio Etiquette & Conduct

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted to class for safety reasons.

  • Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety.

  • Respectful and considerate behavior is expected at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or disruptively.

Liability Waiver

  • Participation in any class is at your own risk.

  • Forest Hall Pilates Studio and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your participation in our classes or use of the studio.

  • You agree to follow all safety instructions and use equipment correctly

Privacy

  • We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.

Intellectual Property

  • All website content, class materials, and branding are the property of Forest Hall Pilates Studio and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
