
Niki - Founder & Instructor
Niki is the owner of Forest Hall Pilates Studio and also an instructor. Niki's vision for Forest Hall Pilates Studio was to create a friendly, welcoming space where anyone can come, exactly as they are, and discover what Pilates can do for them.
Niki fell in love with Pilates fllowing a period of illness where the reformer gave her a way to rebuild her strength, safely and gradually, eventually becoming stronger than she ever has been.
Niki currently teaches on Monday evenings. Tuesday mornings, Friday mornings and The Breakfast Club on Sunday morning.

Claire - Founder & Instructor
Claire is one of our instructors and one of the founders of Forest Hall Pilates Studio. Claire’s love of Pilates began when she realised how much more connected to her mind and body she felt after each session.
Claire was diagnosed with hypermobility and fibromyalgia a few years ago, which strengthened her passion for mindful movement and helping others to feel good in their own bodies.
Claire currently teaches on Tuesday evenings, Wednesday’s late class, Friday evenings and Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Billie - Instructor
"I'm originally from the UK and recently returned after spending the last few years teaching Pilates in Australia, where my passion for movement and mindful strength really took shape. My classes are challenging and dynamic — I love pushing clients to go beyond what they think they're capable of, helping them find power, control, and confidence in every movement. Expect to work hard, feel the burn, and leave each session stronger, more energized, and proud of what your body can do. For me, Pilates is all about balance — strength and grace, focus and flow — and I can't wait to share that experience with you in the studio."
Billie currently teaches on Monday mornings, Thursday evenings, and Saturday mornings.

Ellie - Instructor
I began my own Pilates practice 3 years ago where I combined it with my own strength training and fell in love with mindful movement and how it can help not only the body but also the mind. I want to create an environment for members of Forest Hall where they can switch off, focus on building that mind to muscle connection and leave class feeling energised, empowered and stronger. My goal is to add that extra challenge and accomplishment to someone’s day which is achieved from knowing what our bodies are truly capable of. Expect to find a combination of strength, control, balance and mindfulness, but most importantly to build confidence with every flow. I can’t wait to get moving with you!

Erin - Instructor
I began my Pilates journey only one and a half years ago, after being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and being lost with what exercise I could manage. I got introduced to Pilates and instantly fell in love with the intentional movement that made my body feel strong, kept my blood sugars steady and also calmed my mind. I quickly realised I wanted this to become my career to help others feel as good as I do when doing Pilates. My goal is to create classes that are going to make people feel empowered and proud of their bodies by planning intentional movements that will push you out of comfort zones. I want my classes to be a safe space for clients to switch off from the outside world and try something new that you just might fall in love with. I am so excited to get moving with you all!
Erin currently teaches on Saturday's.

Ruby - Instructor
Ruby is a passionate Reformer Pilates instructor who discovered her love for Pilates just two years ago. Inspired by the strength, energy, and balance it brought to her own life, she trained to become an instructor to share those benefits with others.
Her classes are dynamic and challenging; designed to build strength, improve stability, and leave clients feeling strong, energized, and refreshed.
She has a real love for core activation, so get ready to feel that burn and fire up your core like never before.
