At Forest Hall Pilates Studio, our classes support you from absolute beginners to intermediate and beyond. Whether you want to build confidence, add challenge with props, move through quicker transitions or unwind with slower sessions, each class helps you progress at your own pace.
Absolute Beginners
At Forest Hall Pilates Studio, our classes support you from absolute beginners to intermediate and beyond. Whether you want to build confidence, add challenge with props, move through quicker transitions or unwind with slower sessions, each class helps you progress at your own pace.
Beginners
Once you've got the hang of the reformer (and are hooked!) we can start to build on the exercises step by step until you are in full flow.
We will be moving at a steady beginner friendly pace.
Fundamentals
Our Fundamentals class is the next step up from beginners.
We will start to introduce Pilates props to add a slightly extra challenge the routine. Think squeezing a Pilates ball mid squat or holding hand weights whilst lunging.
A supportive, low impact workout that lays the foundation for progressing with confidence.
Intermediate
Our Intermediate class is designed for those who've built a solid foundation and are ready to take things up a notch.
We will move at a slightly faster pace with quicker transitions into flows with more resistance if possible.
You'll still get clear guidance, but with more opportunities to push yourself and progress.
The Breakfast Club
Want to get your workout in before everyone else wakes up?
This is fundamentals meets your 5am alarm.
An energising early morning class designed for the go getters, early risers, and anyone looking to start their day with purpose.

Core Club
Get ready to sweat, sculpt, and vibe in Core Cub; where Reformer Pilates meets the energy of your favourite night out.
This isn't your average reformer class.
Think nightclub meets studio - all the strength, none of the stilettos.
Soul Stretch
Looking to just get a great stretch in and clear your mind ready for the week ahead?
Unwind and release tension with a gentle, full-body stretch sequence designed to improve flexibility and mobility.
This will also include a 5 minute meditation at the end of each class to calm the mind and leave you feeling balanced, relaxed, and refreshed.
